Service Agreement

All services provided by The Assistant Collective are subject to a formal agreement. This ensures clarity, outlines the scope of work, and protects both parties. Clients will receive a service agreement prior to project kickoff, detailing deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines.

Payment & Invoicing

Payments are due as outlined in your specific service agreement. Retainer clients are billed monthly, and project-based or hourly clients are billed according to the agreed terms. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot on our calendar. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule a call or session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeited time. For Digital Mastery Days or Coaching, cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Scope of Work

Each service is customized based on your needs. Any requests beyond the original scope may require an updated agreement or additional fees. We’ll always communicate scope changes clearly before proceeding.

Communication

We value clear, responsive communication and aim to make it easy for you to stay connected. You can reach us via email, phone, or scheduled virtual meetings. Text messaging is available for brief updates or urgent matters, but ongoing conversations are best handled through email or calls.


We do our best to respond to all client inquiries within one business day. If a message requires deeper discussion or decision-making, we’ll follow up with next steps or suggest scheduling a call.

Hours of Operation

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
Friday: By appointment only (limited availability)
Weekends and major U.S. holidays: Closed

Notary Services

Mobile notary services are available in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding counties—Franklin, Licking, Fairfield, Delaware, and Pickaway. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 15-mile radius of Reynoldsburg, OH. Valid photo ID is required at the time of signing. Additional fees may apply for document printing or extended travel. Notarial services are not legal advice and should not be considered as such.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or operating outside our service policies or ethical standards.
